Service Description
More than a market visit, this is an invitation to experience southern France the way locals do. Your journey begins as you meet your Détours & Guides representative in the heart of Albi. During a short walk, you'll discover the town's history, charming architecture, picturesque squares and the traditions that have shaped this corner of Southwest France. Then, the market adventure begins. Working in small teams, you'll each receive a Mission Envelope containing everything you need to complete your challenge: a shopping list, clues about where to find the best products, a budget, fun facts, and a few surprises along the way. Each team will be responsible for one part of our shared lunch—fresh bread, local cheeses, charcuterie, seasonal fruit and vegetables, regional specialties, local wines or soft drinks. Your mission is simple: meet the local producers, ask questions, make your selections, manage your budget, and return with everything needed to create a delicious Southwest French picnic. Your guide will remain nearby throughout the experience, offering assistance when needed, sharing stories about local traditions, explaining regional specialties, and helping you connect with the market vendors. You'll have a limited amount of time to complete your mission before returning to the tasting location. Back together, your guide will help arrange your purchases into a beautiful market-style display. Each team will then present their selections to the rest of the group, sharing what they discovered and introducing the products everyone is about to enjoy. As a local food specialist, your guide will enrich the experience with stories about regional gastronomy, production methods, culinary traditions, and tasting tips. Finally, we'll enjoy a relaxed Market-to-Table picnic, sampling the finest local ingredients while sharing stories, laughter, and the simple pleasure of eating like the locals do. This is not simply lunch—it's a celebration of local culture, human connection, and the joy of discovering a destination through its food. Cancellation Policy
Veuillez consulter nos CGV complètes sur notre site internet avant tout achat. Elles s’appliquent à l’ensemble des prestations proposées par la Société. Toute commande implique l’adhésion pleine, entière et sans réserve aux présentes CGV. Voici un résumé des CGV pour les prestations à la journée. TARIFS Les tarifs sont exprimés en euros TTC. Suppléments applicables (mentionnés dans le devis) : les jours fériés, le 1er mai, le 25 décembre et le 1er janvier. Les tarifs indiqués dans les devis sont valables pour la durée mentionnée sur ceux-ci. RÉSERVATION ET FORMATION DU CONTRAT La réservation devient ferme après acceptation écrite du devis ou inscription en ligne ET versement de l’acompte applicable. Acompte : 30% du montant total des prestations. À défaut de paiement dans le délai prévu, la Société peut annuler la réservation. MODALITÉS DE PAIEMENT Paiement par virement bancaire, carte bancaire ou espèces (dans les limites légales). Une réduction de 2% sur le tarif HT est accordée à tout règlement par virement bancaire ou en espèces. Frais bancaires hors zone euro : les frais bancaires éventuels seront facturés au client. Le solde est exigible au plus tard 15 jours avant la prestation sauf stipulation contraire au devis. MODIFICATION ET ANNULATION Toute demande doit être formulée par écrit. En cas d’annulation pour force majeure dûment justifiée, les parties recherchent une solution amiable (report prioritaire). Les conditions de remboursement sont indiquées ci-dessous selon les cas. Les frais de billetterie engagés par Détours & Guides et non remboursable par le prestataire du lieu (monuments, musées, etc) ne seront, dans tous les cas, pas remboursables aux clients. Visites privées à la journée +61 jours : remboursement intégral 60 à 31 jours : 30 % de frais d'annulation 30 à 15 jours : 50 % de frais d'annulation 14 à 7 jours : 75% de frais d'annulation A partir de 6 jours : 100 % dus de frais d'annulation PONCTUALITÉ ET HEURES SUPPLÉMENTAIRES Toute heure supplémentaire non prévue au devis sera facturée 70€ TTC par heure entamée. Les parties s’engagent à respecter les horaires. Tout retard du client pourra entraîner une réduction proportionnelle du temps de prestation. Selon les cas, la prestation pourra être annulée et restera due en totalité.
